COVID-19 Update

WE AT FRED A SMITH COMPANY ARE TRANSITIONING TO TELEWORK STATUS EFFECTIVE MONDAY MARCH 23, 2020.

We will be fully operational having calls re-routed to your intended party and internet access to both our accounting software and our needed documents. Any emails will be responded to, however it may not be as quickly as usual.

We will do our best to keep to the normal schedule but please be aware that with all staff working from home, there might be a delay in the mailing of statements, creation of vendor checks, bank transfers and posting of rents.

Due to the Coronavirus, we understand that there are those financially affected. We will work with you to keep you in your apartment. It may mean directing you to assistance websites or making payment arrangements. We will figure this out.
